Overview This website is operated by Quran with Hafsa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Quran with Hafsa. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a course from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Class Conduct & Etiquette (Adab)

• Students are expected to maintain a respectful and spiritual environment during classes.

• Females Only: Unless otherwise specified (e.g., children's classes), our courses are strictly for female students. Men are not permitted to listen to or attend the live sessions.

• Attendance: Students are responsible for attending their scheduled Zoom sessions. Recordings will be provided every session.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including PDFs, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Quran with Hafsa.

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own learning only.

• Strictly Prohibited: You may not share, resell, distribute, or upload our course materials to public websites or share them with individuals who have not enrolled in the course.

Payments & Enrollment

• Prices may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect existing enrollments and will be communicated in advance.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of inappropriate behavior, violation of our policies, or circumstances that affect the quality of the learning environment.

• Enrollment is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.
